We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and password when you register. We collect documents you upload for analysis. We collect payment information through Stripe (we never store raw card numbers). We collect usage data such as page views, API calls, and feature usage to improve the product.
We use your information to: provide the contract analysis service, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails (analysis complete, subscription receipts), respond to support requests, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Documents you upload are processed by the Claude AI API (Anthropic) for analysis. Anthropic processes these documents solely to provide the analysis result and does not retain them for AI training purposes. Documents are stored encrypted in your account and can be deleted at any time. We do not read, share, or use your contract content for any purpose other than generating your analysis.
Your account data and contract analyses are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing info@startekk.net. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
