You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the service.
You may not use StarLegalAI to upload malware or malicious files, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems, scrape or republish our analysis outputs at scale, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The StarLegalAI platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by Startekk LLC. You retain all rights to the contracts you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the analysis service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARTEKK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF STARLEGALAI. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
